NEPO HIRES WILL BE MY 13th REASON
I'm fighting tooth and nail out here trying to get a full time role. I graduate in 5 weeks, I have a junior year internship at BX on the investment team, a sophmore IB internship, and some nepo kid who studied marketing is getting EB FT roles. I've sent who knows how many emails and no one would get on the phone with me and then theres a kid with no internships who gets the role Like WTF. Sorry for the crashout.
Unfortunately, this is just how it is. Usually those people don’t even last in the industry.
Valid crash out and I feel you. Losing out to DEI beckies who did no work and sailed through the internship and now full time roles.
