Networking during summer internship
Hey all, question about networking and how to do so appropriately during an internship. I have a list of contacts I have been in touch with from anywhere from 6 months- 2 years, and would like to meet with them now that I am working in their city. Is it best to shoot for after work (21), weekends, or before work? I do not want to give the office I am working at the idea that I am always running out to meet people, and am curious if anyone has any tips/been down this road before. Thanks!

After work if you want to be informal or before work if you want to be formal.
Don't ask for a guys time over the weekend. No one wants that.
Most places will be more lenient with a lunch break, but your best bet is after 4/5, especially if you're talking about IB. Most calls/meeting I've been on with IB folk have been after traditional working hours, because that's when older bankers leave and the bullpen is a little more relaxed.
