Networking Question - Phone interview by an analyst and associate

So a few months ago, I was given a phone interview by an analyst and associate at a top MM for a SA position. I never heard back from them though so I assumed I didn't get the position/make it through that round. Now I'm trying to reach out and get "informational interviews" and generally network with them since I'll be in NY for awhile. Should I send an email to both of them? Should I only send it to one? I feel like sending it to one of them might unintentionally offend the other, and if I send it to both, the gist of the email is kind of the same....
