Networking with junior vs. senior bankers
I have my first phone call with an MD tomorrow and was wondering how these conversations go in comparison with analysts. Any tips would be great.

Career Resources
I always found networking with senior bankers to be easier than juniors because you can just get the seniors to talk about themselves for like half an hour and they feel good about it too. With juniors, you need to have some sort of more personal hobby/activity/interest to really connect with them I feel like which 90% of the time is just as easy as being in a fraternity at the same school
