When does everyone expect new analysts will be in the office in NYC for the first time? Any good tips for getting up to speed in a more difficult WFH environment after hitting the desk?

Honestly, I originally thought it would be in September from the people I talked to but I would push that to October or November given that we could see a second wave and Cuomo is being careful about what to open up given what's happening in other states.
For your other question, it's more about setup then anything else. Getting a new desk as well as dual monitors definitely will help with WFH.
