I was under the impression all the bastardized buildings will try to be eliminated/minimized (ie. Old Slip, NYP, Maiden Lane). So basically everyone will be shuffled around and be relocated to either 85 Broad or the new building. There may be people from 85 going to the new building, there may be people from 85 going to Jersey, there may be people from Maiden/NYP/Old Slip going to 85 or the new place.... etc...
No one has moved in yet from what I've seen. I know that all traders will be there though because I saw the floor plans when they were released to employees.
