New ownership table for a 50/50 merger

Hi,

I'm trying to complete a merger model and a new ownership list for the new entity. It will be a 50/50 merger and one of the companies will acquire the other using its shares. However, how will the new cap table look?

Ex.

Company A
Owner A1 35%
Owner A2 15%
Remaining owners 50%

Company B
Owner B1 40%
Owner B2 20%
Remaining owners 40%
