Next steps after signing offer?
signed an offer with a BB two weeks ago, does anyone know when background checks or next steps take place? feels weird not having to worry about anything haha

My background check was in March. I got my fingerprints done a couple days after I flew home bc of COVID.
did you not receive any communication from the time you signed until march?
I didn't hear anything from hr, only for one md before march. I went out to dinner with an md who helped me with recruiting when he was in town in the summer. In the fall I went out to dinner with him, other incoming SA from my school and the sophomores on the short list. I heard from hr in late February/early March about my background check and travel accommodations to ny for group recruiting.
What school?
Won't say as it's a non target. 6 kids a year going into IB or S&T. I didn't have to take a drug test.
