Unusual profile looking for tips for next steps

Hi guys,

I wanted to ask if some of you guys would be able to give some tips on which next steps might be useful in my finance career. I find myself in a rather unique academic position so I am not really sure what to do.

This is my current profile:

(Semi)-Target (think ESADE, IE, NOVA) Bachelor in my second year of 5 years. I am in the top 10% and it's a double degree in business admin. and comp sci.

I have done 1 consulting internship at a boutique firm, 1 M&A / Deal Advisory internship at big 4 and will do an internship in a small/micro-cap boutique IB firm this summer.

As I will be in my 3rd year of my degree in september I am finally eligible for spring weeks. My first question is therefore: what are my chances? Is it a problem that I am already in my 3rd year, even if my degree is 5 years long?

My second question is what should I aim for regarding the summer 2025?

I am open to any suggestions, if consulting I would like to go more in the direction financial services. My optimal goal after my degree is to either land a pe job or a decent IB / consulting job and then do a Msc Finance.

Thanks a lot in advance!
