I had a couple of inverviews with banks trying to get in ibd, structured finance but with the last one my patience was over. Is it normal for the interviewers conduct an interview with no cameras during this process at all? For me, it is like talking with a brick wall.
Did you faced with a such foolish behaviour? How is it going in developed countries (US, UK)?

wym in developed countries lol? Where are you interviewing, Zimbabwe? Either way, I had one with a camera off and it was an MD at 8am but not during the middle without explanation.
If they aren’t using video just turn yours off. Like give it 2-3 minutes and if they don’t turn theirs on, wait for when it’s their turn to speak and switch your camera off.
Has happened to me before. I just keep my camera on.
