Was about to reach out for coffee chats with bankers from Centerview, when I decided to check the careers section of their website on a whim. On the bottom of the page, it says "we kindly ask that you please not send unsolicited emails to multiple people at the firm".
Does this mean I shouldn't reach out for coffee chats/informational interviews?

I went thru the full process-- they dont network with non-diverse candidates. (We are a target for them, so I just recieved a "Mock interview" out of the blue from the recruiting team.)
If you're diverse I know they do networking calls with them since their recruiting is earlier.
How much earlier? if I'm targeting 2025 SA am I too late?
