No follow-up emails after CS phone interview invitation two weeks ago, what should I do???
Received a CS phone interview invitation from the recruiter for SA in AM two weeks ago, but till now still no one contacted me to set up a time for the interview. I emailed the recruiter about this last week, she asked me to be patient and someone would call me. But now another week has passed, what should I do then? Will it annoy the recruiter if I email her again? Is this normal? Thanks very much!
wait it out... the last thing you want to do is annoy the recruiter. If you don't hear back in another week then reach out again.

Call the recruiter and ask. Calls are so much more personal, and you can express your pardons for annoying the guy and then state your great interest and just wanted to know what the status is.
Thanks for your advice, tabthe! I tried to call the recruiter, but in the invitation email, she only gave me her email address for inquiry. So is there any other way than email? I'm very worried that whether the recruitment for SA in CS is ended or not. Or something wrong when the recruiter coordinated with interviewers and left my name?
I once waited 3 weeks after a final round because I didn't want to piss off HR.
Then I sacked up and emailed only to find that there had been a total cock-up and I was supposed to have been informed about my status the day after the interview.
send an email. if the recruiter's in HR, they have no decision power over you - their role is to facilitate the interview process, not be some sort of manners-based gatekeeper.

Depends if you have other interviews. If you have a second round, they will call. If not, and they never give you the rejection, you can still tell other firms that you "interviewed with CS and are still waiting to hear back" honestly
