No name boutique avg pay/comp
I know that pay at no name boutiques vary but is there a average range for city’s like New York, Atlanta, Charlotte? Think places like 7 mile advisors and Hyde park capital. Shops in these ranges.
I am also curious. Was wondering about 7 Mile myself. I see a lot of people with short (less than 6 month) analyst stints there, so I assume comp is low.
What about BlackArch (Charlotte)?
