No Return Offer- Feeling down

hey everyone. so i didn’t get a return offer at the bank that i was working for this summer (JPM/GS/MS) and i can’t help but feel really down and inadequate. if i can’t even get a return out of my intern class then am i even going to be successful? and then the thought of recruiting again especially in this market has been giving me a lot of anxiety. was wondering if anyone could just give any advice or perspective?? thanks so much guys.

You just have to recruit again if you want to break in. Yeah like it definitely sucks but times are tough right now and you'll really need to grind. Having the JPM summer internship on the ol' resume should be a good look though. There are teams out there that are adding people like right now, at least in my sector (healthcare). I imagine this should expand in the next year as we hopefully can start to make progress with controlling COVID and returning to our lives.
