No return offer, still no ft offer Please help!

Hi I am an international student (graduate next month and need visa)who interned at a BB risk last summer but got no return offer due to low headcount(my manager is happy with what I did and so did MD). The result came out really late after I headed back to my home country. After an intense recruiting season, I still havent had any ft offer and I realised I have reverse culture shock in job hunting in my own home country. However risk grad schemes are limited because of Covid and visa issue is also a problem. I wonder if it is too late to learn python and apply for tech roles as there are much more headcounts. (used R before) Also is it possible to apply for junior position(1-2 years analyst roles) instead of grad scheme? Is UK or HK/singapore (all need visa sponsorship) a better choice to apply for me? My background: 1st class applied maths from Russel group and a finance master from IC/LSE Thank you so much in advance in reading my post and replying! Any advice would be appreciated!
