No spring weeks London IB 2027 grad

I am a uk national studying in Bocconi and unfortunately did not get any spring weeks. I am going into my second year and summer internships are opening. I have done a IB internship for 6 weeks at a 1.5bn AUM fund this summer which I believe should give me a leg up. I don’t know whether to just apply to spring weeks again this year or try for summer internships and which firms have a high chance of a summer based on conversion rates that I can apply to without the springs. I don’t want to waste another year applying to summer internships when 90% of the cohort is from spring weeks again. In terms of prep, I am doing the 400qs and working on classic behavioural star answers.
