NoFap amongst Bankers

Saw a few people mention this in the forum and it is also sometimes brought up in movies such as Wolf of Wall Street, and hence was curious to know the community’s views on NoFap.

And for the ones practising it, have you seen any changes in their everyday life?

There are many more psychological differences rather than physical, but like anything that's physically/mentally impacting, it will affect everybody differently.

NoFap isn't gonna make you a T-monster. It is going to make you noticeably less desensitized to women and that whole thing, though. For me, it's become a packaged thing, as I have been trying to get into more serious and consistent practice of my faith and I find self-pleasure to be the most shameful sin as it's something entirely up to YOU to control (which, when you boil it down, everything technically is).

If it means anything, MW has returned for me. When you get sleep deprived for so long, you tend to notice a physical difference in that department, but NoFap brought that back. Maybe some TMI but whatever.

Perhaps it is a placebo but I do tend to notice a slight difference in energy / confidence. Not watching porn also does wonders there.
