Lots of improvements since 2019 - unfortunate they got in the middle of Archegos but it's been a couple of strong years. Strong focus on US IB and good capabilities in financing and advisory (w Greentech too)
Any idea what the comp is like these days? Believe the base is still below street.

I am in LF at a BB and the macro environment has crushed every bank’s leveraged finance team. With that said, don’t think Nomura is pretty active in LF (haven’t really seen them on deals). The only Japanese bank I’m seeing growing in US LF is miz
