My case: Nomura could implement the old traditional samurai values to boost its business and get into the big boys' table. I mean, errors on the spreadsheet or not bringing revenue = Seppuku
It is no surprise Japan was the strongest when it lived with those values (samurais, kamikazes, etc.).
My take: when your life depends on it, you really give your 100% and can achieve great things
