I’ve seen some mixed feedback about Nomura Greentech’s US branch and operations and was wondering how you guys see their European activities (mainly Zurich or London).
From what I can tell, the European team seems to have some traction in renewables and broader energy transition advisory, but any up-to-date views are appreciated.

I work in Infra PE and they are considered very reputable, with sell side on some high profile deals. So, I’d say one of Nomura’s strongest team if not the strongest.
Intense deal flow, great exposure on the broader infra industry. One of the only (if not the only?) that does not corner you in one vertical of infra -and great hard working culture
How's their telecoms & digital infrastructure team viewed? I understand that it is part of Nomura Greentech as well.
Very strong. The most revenue generating vertical within the Greentech team in recent years
For what it's worth (and I'm a little cynical about these awards), Andrei Milekhin (the head of that team) won "M&A Banker of the Year" in February 2025 at the TMT M&A Award
