Reached out to a senior person who referred me to a junior for an initial conversation. kept pushing it back/ had last minute things come up. got the message that culture and WLB in that office is not good. Know a friend who summered there as well and is not returning back

Lol at these comments - my best friend works at Citi. Everything above me is serious misinformation and quite appalling.

- Software group has strong deal flow and WLB is the best on the street bar none

- Semis is the complete opposite and similar hours to Moelis LA

- I'm at a top 2 BB and we're constantly talking about "Citi on the rise" because they are on the rise lmao (in equities they're ranked #4th on top of BAML and M&A ranked #5th behind BAML)

Brian Truesdale, global head of software investment banking at JPMorgan, has joined Citigroup

so yea - i didn't feel like posting but wannabe bankers and A1s on this forum truly are the source of misinformation

Please post 3-5 good software deals they’ve done… open to being proven wrong, but just don’t think the group is very good. Jefferies/Blair much stronger.
