Non Target Looking For Advice

This is my first post on this site so any tips on formatting and/or etiquette would be much appreciated.

To give a little bit of context, I am a kid from an average university looking to get into IB. I did pretty well in high school and was able to get into some T25s/targets academically, but I ended up deciding to go to a non target school on a full athletic scholarship knowing that it would make the recruiting process significantly harder. I have been doing all of the right things so far. For example, I have reached out to a couple of people I know who are working or have worked in banking, I am currently an FP&A intern for a decently sized company, I have been studying technicals/modeling for multiple hours a day, and I have maintained a 3.97 GPA so far.

I am fairly ambitious and believe that I can land an EB/BB/high level MM offer, but feel that some extra guidance could be useful. If anyone has any advice that could help me secure an offer next spring I would really appreciate you either PMing me or responding to this thread.
