Non-target slip-up with no internships, am I cooked?

I started off my college career pretty strong, networking with individuals in my region who worked at banks I could see myself working at. Had a 3.5 until last semester, now sitting at a 3.15 after a rough couple of courses. Didn't secure any internships.

What should I do? I've been thinking about summer research, or even going straight into graduate school after somewhere like Duke or UVA. I don't have high expectations, I know I won't end up somewhere in NYC, but I would like to be at a MM worth its salt.
