All the recruiting in Houston is done yet. For banking, a lot of the NYC banks start formal recruiting in early to mid-feb

englishtoffeeIf Non-targets are interviewed after targets, how are they already going to superdays? I don't get it.

Satellite offices (SF, LA, Hous, Chi, etc.) recruit before NY does. I imagine there are a number of nontargets kids with offers on the Westcoast, etc.

I'm from a non-target, and I've already done super days in the NYC offices. A few friends from my school have also done super days in Chicago.

"I'm from a non-target, and I've already done super days in the NYC offices." are those superdays specifically for nontarget?

If you don't mind me asking, NT_B10, how were you able to get them if they didn't come to campus? (networking, resume forwarded...etc)

Thanks

I'm pretty sure the super days that I have been to were targeted for non/semi-targets, so I saw some kids from Notre Dame, Indiana, etc.

No offense intended, but if you don't know how to get into a superday this late in the game then you're probably not going to any superdays this year.
