Title says it all. I'm wondering for all of us non-target hustlers, is our peak being a career banker, or do we have the opportunity to break into the Buy-Side. I understand that it's a huge privilege to be an Investment Banker but is that our glass-ceiling? I'd like to know realistically speaking. Thanks.
