Same here. It's pretty much a drought right now. We should just all come together and start our own investment bank.
Best bet is just reaching out to school alumni - even if they only did their undergrad at UG - and meet them for coffee. Have some related-sample work you've done with your current job or in your free time to display your interest in IB, rather than just saying you're looking for a job.
