Not getting any interviews, need help.

I go to a top target school, have a high gpa, 2 PE internships, networked a good amount (60-70 calls), got a few refferals that I know of, and am not getting any interviews (not a single first round beyond hirevues). This is genuinely nerve racking, am i cooked, I should also say that I'm an international. Is it normal to have no interviews 20 days into the process. What should i do ???? Would really appreciate any kind of help.

You need to also send cold emails to banks, ideally people who are alums from your school (at the Associate and above level).

There should be templates of cold emails here and at your career office you can use. Change it up a little bit when you write them.

I'm honestly not sure what's going on with the whole work visa (green card) situation but I've heard it's grim. Not sure if they have a work around for that though.
