Not Sure How To Proceed...

Perhaps someone might know what the best practice would be for the following situation I find myself in. On Thursday afternoon, I got an email from a manager to schedule an interview regarding a position I applied via email (found the job posting on LinkedIn and it said to apply via email with my resume and reason for applying. I responded the next day in the morning to schedule a time on the following Monday. A few hours after sending my calendar was populated with meetings and I needed to shift the day I was available from Monday to Tuesday. However, the weekend passed an I have not heard back yet.

Not sure if emailing again would seem desperate or what, but I'm unsure how to ask if 1) the position is still available, and 2) how to let him know I can work around his schedule since I really like the position.

Thank you for any insight shared!

I appreciate the thoughts. I might sound paranoid/weird but is it a bad sign if this happens? I found the job posting on linkedin and saw there were only 4 people that clicked apply, job post was only up for maybe a week or two
