NY LMM CB or non-NY MM IB

I am balancing two offers, both for LMMs (think RBC, HSBC, etc.); one is for NY Corporate Banking and one for non-NY (think Dallas) IB for a slightly more reputable MM bank. I’m trying to balance non-PE exit options and location, because NYC is truly a dream city for me. The starting salary doesn’t make that large of a difference for me. Any advice?
