NYC Pay Transparency Law
Thoughts on NYC’s new pay transparency law? It’s effective as of today (November 1, 22) — and apparently JPM is already posting the base salaries associate with NYC roles on their website. How will this affect comp going forward? Do you guys like it or not?
I think it is the free market. If companies can't meet or beat the market, then they can fuck themselves
