I start my job in late June, but my roomate doesn't start until September. I know he won't pay for two extra months of rent while he's not there, and I would like to avoid paying the whole cost of two months rent for a 2 bedroom by myself for June and July.
Are there any reasonably priced 1-2 month options for a first year analyst in NYC? Everything I've seen on google has been pretty steep.
Hey man, I did a sublet in midtown west last summer for exactly 10 weeks (for a SA stint). Def possible to find them, loads on cragislist. Mine worked out great actually, just only really work towards people who turn out to have legit emails, etc (there are good people subletting for all sorts of time frames).
