NYC--Update--Going in to the office vs continuing to work from home

For those of you in NYC, what's your current thinking about going into the office at least a few days a week?  I'm not talking about those of you dealing with big-brother card scanning mandates;  I'm talking about those of you who have a bit of a choice.

Personally, I started coming into the office three days a week.  Honestly, I'm finding the routine to be a net positive.

I feel less like a robot, and more like a human-being.  I think others also act more like human beings when they can't hide behind a zoom call.  I do feel like I'm learning more from more senior people when we're together in person.

No one seems to be staying late...People leave earlier, and then continue working at home during the evening.  I think this has also made a huge difference.

So, what about you, fellow New Yorkers?  What's your current thinking as we go into the Spring and Summer months?
