NYU vs. EHS for SA housing in Midtown?

Looking at NYU Third Avenue, Broome, or Carlyle dorms for the summer, compared to EHS Marymount. Any thoughts on the best choice?

Marymount is a good deal more expensive, but it's a 10 minute walk from my office. The NYU dorms will all take around 20 minutes via subway to get to my office.

I do NYU, because of the cost, plus you get the food plan. I'll be in Tribeca though, so it's a lot better than going to Midtown.

Not yet, but I know I'm living there.
