Off-seasonal BB internship salary

Should a position that pays 70k for a SA, also pay the same hourly for an off-seasonal internship? Or is it going to be less?

Location is not in NYC, think Boston, LA, SF or Chicago. (which all start at 70k if im not mistaken)

Should be the same. How in the world did you get an off-cycle internship at a BB? That's extremely rare. Congrats if you have an offer.

Thanks, Yeah it was extremely lucky. It's not in the IBD though, which could be the reason.

I have an offcycle in IBD at a BB and it's identical salary to that of a SA. I.e. $70k pro rata.
