Offer Decision Thread - Boutique/MM Firms

Hey guys, so I am contemplating several options for FT recruiting: Houlihan Lokey Corp. Finance (M&A), Stifel, Peter J. Solomon, Stephens, and Raymond James, all for M&A. Have my own internal ranking but wanted to see what people's general thoughts were. Please rank the firms and share any thoughts, thanks!

^can you guys give an explanation for why HL? what are exit opps like from HL corporate finance? assuming mostly middle market PE funds, but what caliber?

I doubt the exits from HL corp fin are too great, their restructuring arm is stronger. So I'd say low-mid caliber with a couple exceptions. Still, HL will have better exits than the other firms listed.

HL because I am biased. My ex-boss worked there and he is awesome and making millions now.
