Office Location Switch Post Internship-URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi team,

I was fortunate enough to get a return offer at my EB in SF. I will have exploding deadline to sign to get more bonus money, so there is incentive to do that.

But I really want to be in ny for family reasons.

Options:

1. Sign and reneg if I get NY offer
2. Ask HR if they can move me to NY prior to signing (likely will need to lose out on the 48 hr bonus money)
3. Sign, wait a lil bit, and then ask and make up a story.


Please let me know what makes sense. I really need help with this and I feel like the stress should have stopped after getting the offer, but im still tweaking out.

I assume they would rather move me to NY, where they prob have some spots since return rate was heinous, rather than lose me completely.

but do i do it before or after signing? If i sign i lose leverage...

What if the SF office finds out? Could they pull the offer?

imagine I have to go back to SF after bc i cant get an offer anywhere else, they would HATE ME. Id be there and they would basically know that I dont want to be there.
