Also, your company is not my/everyone else's dream co. And your logic is flawed; if you just did your SA, your first bonus would be in 2011, not 2010.
Deal volume might pick up to near 06-07 levels on M&A and offerings as the market picks up. Maybe 15-20% lower than those times.
And the number of people the bonus pool is going to be split between has gone down by about 10-15%.
