Omicron Delta Epsilon

Recently got a letter from my University stating that I was invited to be part of omicron delta epsilon.

I know that this is not as significant or well regarded as others but is it worth it to at least put on my resume?

I got to a non-target with a 3.4 and will be working at a MM IB come May. Will this be a worthwhile addition to my resume? It is basically a $64.00 one time fee, which doesn't seem like alot in the grand scheme of things.

I assume that it is an honor society? If it is, it doesn't hurt to put it on there.

However, you don't want to be flooding your resume with things that you have just started. Ex. If the interviewer has a question for you about it, he or she might be looking at your involvement. If you have none, it won't look good.

So if you're gonna join it (and put it on your resume), do something (minimal effort) so you have something to back it up.

Hope it helps.
