ONCAP Management Partners?

Looking to get some info on ONCAP Management Partners... I know they are the Mid-Market arm of ONEX, they have a decent team here in Toronto.

They are recruiting for the Summer Analyst role, and I was wondering what the interview process is like. Also wondering how the office is (culture). Lastly, looking to gauge your opinions on ONCAP, what do you guys think of them? Is it possible to work there for the summer and land a BB for FT?

Thanks.

From my experience the culture is solid - nice guys, and certainly more laid back than the Onex folks. Not too familiar with the summer program, but I'm sure the experience would be decent and probably sufficient to position you well for FT recruiting at banks (probably more so in Canada, but that's not to say that you couldn't get looks in the U.S. with a bit of networking).
