Anyone come across on any good monthly operating models (as opposed to annual)?
More specially a spreadsheet which can flex for both Operating and Capex assumptions?

It's going to depend on what you are looking for. High level P&L and credit model on a monthly basis or a bottoms up revenue and expense build type operating model? If the latter, they will vary so much by industry and company that you are best off building it from scratch.
