Fast-growing boutique with a great footprint in LatAm (particularly Spanish speaking countries, not that great at Br imo), if you are interested at Energy or Infra its a very good shop to develop a LT career
They have done some landmark deals in the US and are expanding in Europe if that helps with strong investments

It seems to be a good boutique with really great potential to become a big player in the long-term. Do you know how good are the salaries?
Piggy bank on what he/she said. On top of salaries, do they hire entry-level analysts or have any sort of programs?
Do they have any openings in Europe? And do they require Spanish even if you dont work in such countries? Or is it only needed in latam?
Finally, any idea about their recruiting process? Do you have to take a modeling test for early graduates?
At least in the US they pay waaaaay below street
Do you know why is that? They seem to have good dealflow, and their LinkedIn profiles don't seem also that bad.
In general, project finance advisory mandates pay less than M&A. My info on them is a little dated but would still expect this to be the case.
