I'm a junior at a semi-target/regional target in Boston and have received a SA offer for Aeris Partners. Looks like they work on pretty decent middle-upper middle market SAAS exclusive M&A deals. And they opened in the West Coast recently. Any opinions on the firm? Had interviews in MM (HL/Stifel) but they didn't work out.

They're a very well-respected shop in their segment of the market. Very high close rate for deals, high-touch service to clients, large portion of their deals close well above the range pitched. Indeed they just opened an office in SF with a guy they brought over from Piper, and will run a lot of fintech out of that office. You should have a great experience there.
Any insight on firm culture? They emphasized it very heavily in interviews/mentioned fully protected Saturdays, etc.. and all around everyone seemed pretty genuine/happy, but was wondering if you've heard the same? Thanks
