I've heard much stronger in Europe than the US, but admittedly don't know much.
FWIW this is anecdotal from what I've heard from friends. Lost a lot of top guys. Rebuilding aggressively in certain teams. Wouldn't be a bad place to join as a junior if you're of the view that it will bounce back. Retains a strong European brand and exit opps won't be significantly worse vs. other European BBs.
