Lev Fin/Restructuring at CS

Also, why is levfin and restructuring paired up so often in some of these banks?
Citi sort of pairs up levfin with high yield, which I can understand.
Is it because when you do LBOs, you reshape the capital structure of the firm by piling on more debt?
LevFin up, restructuring down Restructuring up, LevFin down ==> Only one of these groups is raking it in at any given time...so they pair them to make sure those guys have work to do.
