No conversation view.

One folder for each active deal/project. Use rules to filter incoming mail into the correct folder (usually by subject line). Once a deal closes/project dies, move it to an inactive deal/project folder so it is out of the way.

Other folders for various newsletters and other spam (to keep it out of the main inbox).

Started utilizing tasks recently, especially for 1-2 week type of projects, so I remember to work on them.

Same for me. Really hate it so much that I disabled it in my personal gmail as well

I use conversation view, to keep the emails nicely in a thread.

Folders for each company I cover, folders for non covered but relevant companies. Internal folder, compliance folder, future updates folder, news folder that is auto sorted from FactSet, Important folder for key things/funny emails. Basically for everything lol. I get my inbox to zero throughout the day.

emails I need to follow up on I'll flag and let it sit in my inbox until its completed.
