Used to be the banking arm of SVB Financial. Had a phone interview with them last Fall, was meh. Typical SV botique, a lot private placement stuff (at least at that point). Fairly decent shop if I had to guess.

Hey Guys!
Do any of you know of Pagemill Partners? I just received a lateral offer from them and am heavily considering it as I wish to move into tech. I am currently at another boutique iBank doing similar sized deals to those of Pagemill, however my firm is generalist. The compensation is similar between the two firms.
I would appreciate any advice and all information on Pagemill.

I know they were started by a bunch of SVB Alliant guys and their younger members are mostly from USC, UCLA and Berkeley.
Can anyone provide some color on what the interview process is like?
