Passive Income Businesses (Laundromats / Car Washes)
Has anyone ever thought about just saving a ton of money and buying like 5-6 laundromats and car wash spots in Europe before?Preferably in a location where they are used very often. I mean people always complain on here about the hours and the money being great, why not just buy a shit ton of laundromats then just continuously buy more as you grow.
Obviously the money would not be excellent to start but you could literally just pay someone to check them and then not have to do anything.
