Path After Banking

I am a current senior in college and will be joining a top boutique after I graduate. To be completely honest, I have absolutely no idea what I want to do after banking. Is the lifestyle in private equity even better than in IB? Is participating in on cycle worth it? Is going to business school necessary later on? What are some non-traditional exits that still pay relatively well? Have zero clue if I want to stay in finance or do something entirely different, so I'm curious to get people's thoughts on some of these questions.
