Pay cut to switch from B4?
Have an offer at a boutique IB (~30 people non-NYC) after being in B4 audit and FDD over the last ~4 years. Offer is for an analyst 1 role (2 year promotion to associate) paying $80k base plus 100% bonus payable in January (but prorated for this year based on start date). Is it worth it to take a pay cut from $110k base plus ~15% bonus in my FDD role given the considerable increase in hours/workload and that it's not a large bank or even mid size?
