Interviewed for final rounds 3+ weeks ago at perella and still haven't heard any thing. They obviously gave out some offers, but is this necessarily a bad thing at this point or does it just mean I'm on a waitlist? Anyone have any info. on perella or general offer info? thanks.

I am aware perella is done recruiting, also I am aware they've given out offers, but I was hoping someone, preferably not a junior in college, who had an experience with this could shed some insight.

Its a very small firm and I would think they'd get back to people, especially people who made it past final rounds. I've never gone through the process, so I am just trying to figure out if its common especially at boutiques.
i think you are on waitlist. I went thru it,too. If they don't want you, they will call you.
That's what I figured, but have you ever heard of someone there getting in off the waitlist. Also, do you know how long they give people to respond?
They called me after 3 weeks. I have never heard of someone getting off the waitlist. Because honestly, who would actually reject any offer they have under current market, unless they are superstars.
